Employees across the organizations have always hoped for leaders who would not just provide them with space to flourish but also empower them with enough responsibility and freedom so that they themselves could become a leader in future.In FINTECH, we also believe that leadership is not about titles, positions, or flow charts. It is about one life influencing another.

Soon this issue of FINTECH, we have focused on leadership. We talked with some of the banking, finance and technology industries leaders who possess unique leadership capacity and have proven them through their impressive track records. We interviewed seasoned veterans- who have seen it all, young Turks-who haven’t hesitated to go for full monty in taking risks and implementing new ideas and compassionate entrepreneurs who have always believed in people’s capacity of pushing the limits.
