Huawei Launched its New Flagship Device in Bangladesh Market

Huawei Consumer Business Group launched its latest flagship devices, the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus in Bangladesh market through a stupendous program held at Radisson Blu Water Garden of the capital on April 22, 2017.

These latest flagship devices have been co-engineered with the renowned German camera maker Leica just like the successful Huawei P9 and Huawei P9 Plus handsets which preceded P10 and P10 Plus last year. The unique hyper diamond-cut finish of the device was optimised with the use of latest colour-trends in partnership with Pantone Colour Institute. The Huawei P10 will be available in gold, black, and blue colours; the P10 Plus handset on the other hand will be available in gold colour.

The Country head of Huawei Device Ijemo Aaron while was summoned to stage said, “It is the pleasure to launch the luxurious handsets Huawei P10 and P10 Plus in Bangladesh market after the succession of P9. It is hoped these colourful devices with exceptional features and configurations will make the users more comfortable. Equipped with cutting edge technological innovations, such as Dual Leica Camera and Huawei SuperCharge, the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus are the most advanced smartphones for photography”.

Getting the floor Iresh Zaker, famous actor and business personality said, “Huawei P10 and P10 Plus are the first smartphone devices to use Leica front camera; the Leica front camera complements its dual rear camera. Studio-like re-lighting and 3D facial detection technology features enables it to capture amazing quality pictures in any environment. Besides, Huawei’s Hybrid Zoom feature also allows users to focus on specific areas of an image while keeping the sharpness of a high quality image”

The high-quality design of these smartphones are equally matched by the high-performance functions like super-fast charging- thanks to Huawei’s proprietary Super Charge technology, a fast operating system (Android 7.1 Nougat skinned by Huawei’s EMUI 5.1), and superior connectivity.

Hisilicon Kirin 960 chipset has been used in these devices. Moreover, the handsets have 2.4 GHz Cortex A73 and 1.8 GHz CPU, and have Mali-G71 MP-8 GPU for graphics processing. Sporting a powerful 4 GB RAM, the phone has an internal memory of 64 GB, which can be expanded up to 256 GB using memory card. Compatible with 4G, the device can be used with two SIM cards, or a SIM card and a micro SD card.

Huawei launched the P10 and P10 Plus devices in partnership with the leading mobile phone operator, Robi. In this connection, an attractive device bundle offer was launched at the programme. Under the offer, the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus devices will be available for the Robi users with a staggering total of 15GB free equally spread over three consecutive months (5GB each month).

Commenting on the launch of Huawei’s latest flagship devices, Robi’s Vice President, Data, Device & International Business, Biplav Majumdar said, “We are excited to be the partnering telco operator for the launch of Huawei P10 and P10 Plus devices in Bangladesh. This once again confirms that Robi network offers the best smartphone experience for the customers. This partnership certainly enriches our strong portfolio of mobile device business. Along with other Device Director of Huawei Technologies (Bangladesh) Ltd. Mr. Aaron was also present at the event.

The pre-booking starts today (April 22, 2017) through www.huaweip10.pickaboo.com; delivery for the pre-booking will be accompanied by a special gift box, business bag, and power bank. Customers can also avail up to 24 months EMI facilities while pre-booking the devices.

The Huawei P10 and P10 Plus smartphones are conveniently priced at BDT 56,900 and BDT 66,900 respectively. They will be available at Huawei Experience Centres at Jamuna Future Park and Bashundhara City Shopping Mall in the capital as well as other Huawei branded shops across 64 districts of Bangladesh from May 2, 2017.

The dazzling program hosted by Aynabaji star Masuma Rahman Nabila ended with a song of Elita Karim and fashion show show-stopped by Bangladeshi filmstar Nusrat Faria including other celebrities.
