The true camera phone to meet TECNO Camon 15 Series

In the smartphone industry where the mid-range smartphone market gets denser and denser, TECNO has announced two new smartphones in its camera-centric Camon series in Bangladesh to snatch a bigger piece of the pie.

The devices are called Camon 15 and Camon 15 Pro and arrive as the first devices with a 48MP quad shooter. The two smartphones are priced at BDT15,990 and BDT 19,990 respectively. Common points also include Android 10 and plenty of AI features.

Camera centric TECNOCamon 15 and Camon 15 Pro are aimed at the photography enthusiasts. The Camon 15 Pro offers a four rear camera setup including a 48-megapixel sensor, 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, 2-megapixel macro sensor, and low light lens.The most interesting thing about this smartphone is its 32-megapixel motorized pop-up camerafront for selfies and videos. The non-Pro model also has a 48-megapixel camera and a 16-megapixel selfie camera.Both the smartphonescome with different modes, such as beauty, AI shot, super night, and wide selfie and at the back, the smartphone models feature the quad-camera set up. It includes 48MP main sensor, 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 2MP macro sensor, and there’s a Super Night Lens powered by DSP AI chipfor low light conditions. The night shot lens arrives with an f/1.79 large aperture, which the company claims can deliver better lowlight photos at night.

TECNO Camon 15

It comes with a 6.6-inch HD+ display along with 1600 x 720-pixel resolution and offers a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. The newly launched smartphone comes with an octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. This can be further expanded up to 256GB through the microSD card slot. It has a quad-camera setup. It includes 48MP primary sensor, 5MP wide-angle lens, 2MP macro lens, and “Ultra Night” lens. Upfront, you’ll get a 6MP selfie shooter. It comes with a 5,000mAh battery along with HiOS 6.0.1. On the connectivity front, it has a dual-SIM, micro USB port, Wi-Fi, 4G VoLTE, and GPS.

It also comes with 6.6-inch Full HD+displaythat is powered with MediaTek Helio P35 processor along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Apart from that, the smartphone comes with a pop-up selfie camera, which is loaded with a 32MP camera. It accommodates 48MP primary lens, 5MP ultra-wide-angle, 2MP macro lens, and ultra-Night lens. It is powered with a 4,000mAh battery. It also supports micro USB, 4G VoLTe, Bluetooth, and micro USB port.

The Camon 15 is available in two colors i.e Charmnight purple and shoal gold options. While, the Camon 15 Pro is available in ice jadeite and opal white color options. Both phones will be available from May 10th all over Bangladesh.
