ThakralOne, a Singapore-based multi-national IT solutions and services Provider Company has recently organized a seminar on Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security in Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel, Dhaka.
The seminar addressed concerns about identity and access to computer systems, managing mobile devices and application securely, information protection, virtualization and solutions for identify-driven protection for flexible, comprehensive user productivity in workplace. CIO’s, head of IT and senior IT professionals from various banks and other organization were participated in the seminar. The seminar was welcomed with a thoughtful speech by Mr. Jalal Ahmed Khan, General Manager, Services, TISL and a senior IT veteran in industry.
With the theme, “Empowering you through Microsoft Mobility and Security Solutions”, speakers delivered associated topics such as digital transformation challenges for business and people, Control Identity and Access throughout the ecosystem, protecting productivity for all type of users in any device spectrum, benefits of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security.
Mr. Kumar Krishnasamy,Regional Technical Lead, Enterprise Mobility & Security, South Asia, Microsoft APAC, Singapore delivered the keynote of the seminar focusing on multiple security threats in device, users, application and data. Mr. Kumar manages Microsoft’s enterprise strategic customer as a trusted advisor enabling their business & productivity thru agility and optimization of Cloud & Mobility transformation.
He explained how Microsoft EMS technology can help to provide a holistic, identify-controlled protection to users under flexible, comprehensive solutionsin multiple screens.
Mr. Tapan Kanti Sarkar, President, BCTO ForumBangladesh and prominent IT personality spoken in the seminar as special guest. He shared the growing IT security concerns in financial institutes and other segments and advised various initiatives taken by industry associations and government.
Mr. Mohammed Asif, Consultant for ThakralOne and former director of Microsoft Enterprise Business spoke about digital transformation challenges in Bangladesh market compare to world trend. He briefed how ThakralOne as a semi-MNC is transforming their traditional business into a solution and service focused company. Highlighting strong experiences and people competencies, he has described various Microsoft-based solutions for Infrastructure, productivity, data platform and cloud services being offered by ThakralOne in the region as well in Bangladesh.
