IPDC affirms 10% cash dividend at 38th AGM

IPDC Finance Ltd stated 10% cash and 5% stock dividend for 2019 at their 38th annual general meeting (AGM). The meeting was held virtually on May 11.

The AGM was presided by Md Abdul Karim, chairman of IPDC Finance, said a press release.

The attendees also included other directors nominated by Brac, Ayesha Abed Foundation, RSA Capital Limited, Bluechip Securities Limited, and the government.

Mominul Islam, managing director and CEO of IPDC, Samiul Hashim, company secretary, Fahmida Khan, chief financial officer, and other senior officials of IPDC’s management committee also attended the AGM.
