BRAC Bank, as part of its effort to help coronavirus frontline workers, has recently contributed 6,000 pieces of N95 masks to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
The masks were imported from China with the help of MBM Group and was handed over to DMCH authorities, the bank confirmed.
Md. Sabbir Hossain. Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of BRAC Bank offered the masks to Brig Gen. Md. Nasir Uddin, Director of DMCH at the DMCH premises. Professor Dr. Abdul Hamid, Project Director DMCH and Kamran Sadiq, Director, MBM Group were also present during the handover.
Mr. Hossain said, “Our health caregivers do an outstanding job for the people especially in this challenging situation. As a values-driven bank, we hope that this modest help will provide uncomplicated assistance.”
Note, the bank has been strongly supporting its customers and stakeholders in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic since March.
