Community Bank Bangladesh (CBB) held its 14th Board Meeting at the Police Headquarters in Dhaka recently.
Important decisions regarding the business operation and policies of the bank were taken at the meeting that was chaired by Inspector General of Bangladesh Police and Chairman of Community Bank Bangladesh Limited Dr Benazir Ahmed BPM (Bar).
Among the board members, Dr Md Moinur Rahman Chowdhury BPM (Bar), additional IGP (Administration & Operations) Bangladesh Police, Md Mohsin Hossain NDC, additional IGP (Railway), Bangladesh Police, Mr Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun BPM, PPM, DG (Additional IGP), RAB were present at the meeting.
Also, Mr Abu Hasan Muhammad Tarique BPM, DIG (Finance & Development), Bangladesh Police, Mr. Habibur Rahman BPM (Bar), PPM (Bar), DIG-Dhaka Range, Bangladesh Police, Mr. Md. Ferdoush Ali Chowdhury, AIG (Welfare Trust), Bangladesh Police, Mr. Kazi Masihur Rahman, Independent Director, Mr. Masud Khan FCA, FCMA, Independent Director, and Mr. Masihul Huq Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO, Community Bank Bangladesh Limited ornamented the meeting with their presence.
Note, CBB got its license on November 1 in 2018 to start its operation with a paid up capital of Tk400 crore.
