One of the leading digital communications service providers Banglalink has launched Womentor, a program designed to provide skills development facilities and firsthand corporate experiences to female engineering students.
It’s a six month long program in which selected candidates will be mentored by experienced female professionals of Banglalink.
Female engineering students in the 3rd or 4th year of their undergraduate studies can apply for the program by visiting https://bit.ly/38RIXv6 till 23 November 2020. Following the primary evaluation of submitted CVs, multiple screening rounds will be carried out to select the mentees.
Starting from next January, the program will continue for six months. The finally selected mentees will get the opportunity to participate in other Banglalink programs such as Learn from the Startup, Campus to Corporate and Advanced Internship Program. They will receive certificates of completion as well.

We believe that this unique program will provide young female engineering students an opportunity to get exposure to the corporate world and develop key professional skills. The valuable lessons learnt from our mentors will surely make them more competent as future professionals.”
