Banglalink has officially commenced the registration process of the fourth edition of ennovators, a digital ideation competition for innovative youngsters aspiring to become successful future professionals. An announcement on the competition was made by Monzula Morshed, Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer, Banglalink at a virtual press conference. Qazi Urfi Ahmad, Brands & Communications Director, Banglalink, Ayesha Saeed, Head of Talent Management, Banglalink and other high officials of the organization also participated in the online event.
Finding out the most innovative participants, Banglalink ennovators will provide them with the opportunity to develop their skills through grooming, boot-camp sessions, workshops and many other activities. The winning team consisting of four participants will be announced after completing a rigorous selection process. Along with receiving attractive prizes, the winning team will directly participate in the “Assessment Center of the Strategic Assistant Program” of Banglalink. The members of the first and the second runner-up teams will also get a direct entry to the program along with attractive prizes. Furthermore, all the members of the top five teams will directly qualify for Banglalink’s “Advanced Internship Program (AIP)” and get opportunities to participate in “Learn from the Startups” and “Campus to Corporate”, two programs launched for giving students an exposure to startup- and corporate-experiences, respectively.
Students from any UGC approved university can participate in Banglalink ennovators by completing the online registration on https://ennovators.banglalink.net. The registration phase will end on 24th October 2020.
Monzula Morshed, Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer, Banglalink said, “As part of our commitment to digitally facilitating youth empowerment in the country, we introduced Banglalink ennovators a few years back. It feels really great to organize this program for the fourth consecutive year, and give the talented youngsters a precious opportunity to showcase their skills. Some of the previous participants of ennovators completed their internship at Banglalink, and a few them are even contributing to the growth of the company after successfully making their way to Strategic Assistant Program. We are expecting to see an exciting competition participated by a good number of candidates this year as well.”

A total of more than 40,000 students participated in the first three editions of the competition.
