The China phase of training under the Seeds for the Future program of Huawei has been begun on September 07, 2020.
Winners of university selection rounds from many countries including Bangladesh will be participating five days training. The launching ceremony of this training was attended by Mahbub Uz Zaman, Ambassador of Bangladesh to China, and Jessie Pan, Director, PACD, Beijing office, Huawei, among others.
Mahbub Uz Zaman praised the initiative by Huawei to connect students with theoretical knowledge with industry knowledge as a part of the company’s social responsibility.
He expressed optimism about Huawei being a partner in the process of the economic development of Bangladesh, and wished the selected students the best.
Jess Pan reiterated Huawei’s belief in innovation, and acknowledged the need for adequately skilled workforce to create and sustain a fully connected and intelligent world.
To the students, she also said that through this program Huawei aims to enable the selected students to push the boundaries of excellence of digital technology to ensure the prosperity of future generations.
The training will end on September 11, 2020.
